Erica Loftis-Pacheco has spent over fifteen years representing creditor rights in areas such as bankruptcy, collection, foreclosure and evictions.

Whether large institutional lenders or small private investors, Ms. Loftis-Pacheco has successfully represented her clients’ interests in state, federal and appellate courts throughout California and Washington. Recently admitted in Texas, Erica will continue to provide that same utility as needed.
